We had a very challenging property to search for, and Lucille's 'never give up' attitude was very comforting and reassuring for us. She worked tirelessly day and night to respond back to us incredibly quick, offered to get us into open houses as soon as we were available, and made sure that when we were in both of our escrows, that she was on top of what needed to be done along with keeping us very well updated on status and progress of both properties. Her patients and insight was not only welcome, but very much appreciated! She is THE hardest working agent I have ever met.

She is really professional and caring. I am not always the easiest person to work with. I had no negative issures with her. She always listened to me and truly met all of my needs and communicated everything to me in a calm professional manner explaining everything in very understandable terms.
